I would give this company negative stars if possible. Quite unbelievable, but the company took my awnings down in the fall when I was at work and stored them for the winter. When I called in the spring to have them delivered they stated that they didn't have them. They then accused me of having the wrong company (I used them for 2 years previously) even though they left the poles in my driveway in a bundle as they always do. Refusing to entertain the idea that they may have misplaced my awnings, they kept repeating that it wasn't possible that they had them because "there was no card with my name on it in the stack." After weeks of calling (they would never call back after repeatedly telling my wife and I that the owner would call me back) they finally became belligerent.
I called my local police department and filed a stolen property report and the police and my insurance company are now investigating their theft or negligent loss of my property.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHATEVER YOU DO!
