I went to Hess Physical Therapy for a prenatal massage due to having lower back pain. Dan Haas is the prenatal therapist and is very passionate about what he does. He made my first experience very enjoyable! He took time to talk about what areas I needed worked on and told me about his background. I felt very comfortable knowing that he has been doing this for a while. He made me very relaxed and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole massage by using hypno-birthing techniques. He made the massage about my baby and myself, I felt very connected to my baby and my lower back pain felt so much better. I now see him weekly and will continue until I give birth. I would recommend any pregnant women to make an appointment with Dan, you will not be disappointed.!

Having been to other physical therapies, I found more personalized planning and attention to detail at Hess. Jessica was an excellent listener and would Inform me of the various muscles and joints that we are strengthening. I continue to follow this program knowing that doing my part is very important to stay strong. I would recommend them highly.
